Gullfoss - The golden Waterfall - ICELAND
According to legend, the name can be traced back to a farmer who threw a box full of gold in the fall.
Unfortunately I didnīt saw any gold. But I tried to make a photo from a different angle that will meet the waterfall.
Again i had to get up very early to catch the special atmosphere before the sun rises. So close to the cliff I had to concentrate to the utmost.
Despite the distance from the waterfall, the camera kept getting spray on the lens.
After a few test shots I cleaned my front filter and hoped for the final photo for a spray break. Lucky you!
My photos are made for large fine art prints. If you are interested please contact me: firstname.lastname@example.org
